Delivery times

• Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day.

How delivery works

1. We confirm your order by WhatsApp or SMS.
2. Your bouquet is arranged fresh on the day of delivery.
3. Our driver contacts the recipient shortly before arrival.
4. You receive a confirmation once it's delivered.

Important notes

• Please double-check the recipient's phone number — it's how we coordinate delivery.
• During peak occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid), same-day slots are limited and may close early. Order ahead to guarantee your slot.
• If the recipient is unreachable and redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
