6. Payment We accept card payments, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. For COD orders, payment is due in full upon delivery; repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.

7. Gift messages & content You're responsible for the content of gift messages. We reserve the right to decline messages containing offensive or unlawful content.

8. Intellectual property All content on this site — photos, text, branding, and the Hanaya name and logo — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
