Welcome to Hanaya. By placing an order on hanaya.me, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Hanaya is a flower delivery service in Jordan, delivering to Amman, Zarqa and Irbid.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address). If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
- Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Delivery within Amman, Zarqa and Irbid is free.
3. Product appearance & substitutions
Flowers are natural products, and minor variations in color and bloom are normal. If a specific stem is unavailable, we will contact you before substituting it with one of equal or greater value. We will never substitute without your approval.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to Amman, Zarqa and Irbid.
- Accurate recipient contact details are your responsibility. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- Delivery times are estimates; during peak occasions, delays may occur and we'll keep you informed.
5. Cancellations, refunds & replacements
Governed by our Refund Policy. In short: report quality issues within 24 hours with a photo, and we'll replace or refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
6. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and CliQ transfer. For cash on delivery orders, payment is due in full upon delivery; repeated refusal of cash on delivery orders may result in this option being unavailable for future purchases.
7. Gift messages & content
You're responsible for the content of gift messages. We reserve the right to decline messages containing offensive or unlawful content.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, text, branding, and the Hanaya name and logo — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
